Remove title and automatic spaces

In some cases, some server limitations may cause a problem with wordpress checkboxes metabox which are not saved during the automatic installation import procedure. For this reason, manual intervention is required to remove the title and the automatic spaces in the header and footer of your page.

How to solve it ?

Removing the title and spaces is very simple, just enter on your page ( admin side ) and at the end of the page you can find the metaboxes, below the image, you have just to check both :
