Error during installation and import content

If you have problems during the import of the dummy content maybe there are memory problems or timeout server settings. Please ask to your server provider to make a check.

Problems with importing nd-shortcodes theme options

If you copy and paste our file content nd-shortcodes-export-part-x.txt in your theme options import textarea and you don’t receive any errors, or you see the error message “Empty textarea” it means that your server does not allow you to import a large number of options in a single operation. To solve this problem you can contact your hosting provider or import the file divided into several parts. You can follow these steps to do it:

• Open the file nd-shortcodes-export-part-x.txt
• Every option is written for example in this format nd_options_customizer_header_2_logo[nd_options_option_value]838[nd_options_end_option]
• So you can understand that at the end of each option you will find this string [nd_options_end_option]
• Try to import into your textarea as many strings as possible your server allows you.

Example for 4 options that you can import in your textarea:

Some others common problems

• MEMORY LIMIT ISSUE : The failure notice is usually caused by the PHP memory limit and the quick fix to this problem is increasing memory limit PHP can use.
• TIME OUT : Your Internet Service Provider is blocking the port you’re trying to use to connect.

Note : Remember that for any problem related to import and export content you need to contact your hosting provider because the theme does not limit any kind of import or export procedure.
